- Most of our item are pre-ordered to keep our prices low.
- Shipping will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.

SHIPPING
a) LOCAL ORDERS
- For orders above 2 items, postage and handling charges will be waived (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- For orders 1-2 items, a flat postage fee of S$3.50 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
b) MALAYSIA / BRUNEI ORDERS
- For orders above 4 items, postage and handling charges will be waived (For Delivery Within Malaysia / Brunei only)
- For orders below 4 items, postage will be charged according to Parcel Rates from Singapore Post
- Registered Mail (S$2.24) is compulsory.
c) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Postage will be charged according to Parcel Rates from Singapore Post.
* For all shipments
- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail.
- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
- Postage will be applicable for orders below S$69.90 if items are out of stock after payment.
- Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payments have been received. ** Request Registered Mail (additional S$2.24/2KG) through email to prevent lost of parcels during delivery.
EXCHANGE/RETURN
- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
- Images of products are meant for illustration purposes only.
- We will not accept exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us.
- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.
- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.
* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (include uncut-tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag)
* Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
